The Commonwealth Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government (DITRDLG) has released the revised Trailer Certification Circular 0-3-6 with a mandatory date of the 1st July 2009. This replaces the Low Volume Trailer Certification Scheme.
