Queensland Transport has been conducting a review if the VSS Regulations from the Transport Operations Road Use Management legislation for some time. In 2008 CVIAQ responded on behalf of members to the draft proposal from the Department.

CVIAQ has now received the final draft of the proposal for comment. We are pleased to be able to report that this document is largely consistent with recommendations made in the CVIAQ response. The document is available for viewing by members at 2009 VSS Review final draft and members are asked to provide any comment required by Friday 27th March.

This will be the final opportunity to comment prior to the document being accepted into regulation.
