INDUSTRY CAREERS

WHAT IS THE "HEAVY VEHICLE INDUSTRY"?

Australia's "Heavy Vehicle Industry" comprises companies which design, manufacture, distribute, modify, sell, service and repair the vehicles and equipment that keeps Australia moving. From the largest of road trains operating outback, b-double and semi-trailers on the highways, small urban delivery vehicles and all of the specialised vehicles and equipment such as fire tenders, tippers, waste collection and emergency services vehicles to name but a few.
